NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER ROCKDALE COUNTY, GEORGIA Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Tracey Allen to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Southpoint Financial Services, Inc., dated October 4, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 5457, Page 265, Rockdale County, Georgia Records, subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded March 11, 2016 in Book 5836, Page 34 in the amount of One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Five and 01/100 ($153,255.01) Rockdale County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to NewRez LLC F/K/A New Penn Financial, LLC, D/B/A Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing by assignment recorded on April 21, 2017 in Book 6055 Page 3 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Rockdale County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Two and 0/100 dollars ($157,102.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Rockdale County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on August 6, 2019, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 111 of the 11th District, Rockdale County, Georgia, being Lot 11, Block C, Manchester Subdivision, Unit Two, as per plat recorded in Plat Book Z, page 150, Rockdale County, Georgia Records, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
