NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF ROCKDALE By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Willie G. Autrey to Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB., dated September 29, 2007 and recorded on October 02, 2007 in DEED Book 4389, Page 100, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Rockdale County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Three Hundred Forty Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($340,000.00) with interest thereon as provided therein, as last transferred to Ditech Financial LLC, recorded in Deed Book 6381, Page 291, aforesaid records, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Rockdale County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2019, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 368, 16th District, Rockdale County, Georgia, and being shown as Lot 306, Phase One, McCart Landing, on a plat of survey of same recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 207-215, public records of Rockdale County, Georgia, which plat is by reference thereto incorporated herein and made a part hereof for a more particular and complete description. This being the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed dated 9/22/06 and recorded 11/02/06 from I-20 East, Inc. to Horizon Homebuilders, Inc. recorded at Deed Book 4065, Page 334, Rockdale County, Georgia records. Further being a portion of the property conveyed by Limited Warranty Deed dated 7/30/03 and recorded 8/5/03 from Eastside Land Co., Inc. to l-20 East, Inc. recorded at Deed Book 2800, Page 226, Rockdale County, Georgia records. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
