Being Tax Parcel ID #032C010138 This is being given subject to Security Deed dated February 27, 2004, from Russell B. Davis and Anita S. Davis, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Home Star Mortgage Services, LLC, as recorded March 5, 2004, at Deed Book 3028, Page 122, Rockdale County, Georgia records. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Note and Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
