Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Terris Dixon to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GUARANTEED RATE, INC., dated 01/30/2007, recorded in Deed Book 4186, Page 222, Rockdale County, Georgia records, as last transferred to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-KS4 by assignment recorded or to be recorded in the Rockdale County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred and 00/100 DOLLARS ($116,700.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the usual place for conducting Sheriff's sales in Rockdale County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December 2019, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 320 OF THE 16TH DISTRICT OF ROCKDALE COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING UNIT #2028, BELMONT VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDO BOOK 33, PAGE 133 - 134, ROCKDALE COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, SUBJECT TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR BELMONT VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, FILED FOR RECORD ON APRIL 26, 2006, AND RECORDED AT DEED BOOK 3851, PAGE 20, ROCKDALE COUNTY GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH DECLARATION MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME AND WHICH TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
