O.C.G.A. § 48-4-45, 46) Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on December 19, 2020 or 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 346 of the 16th District of Rockdale County, Georgia, being Lot 24 of Glendale Acres Subdivision as shown on plat of Glendale Acres Subdivision as same is recorded in Plat Book F, page 165, Rockdale County, Georgia Records. The description of said property as contained on said plat is hereby incorporated herein and made an essential part hereof by reference. That property known as 2545 GLENDALE ROAD according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number 0920010044. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 5, 2019, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Rockdale County, Georgia in Deed Book 6571 Page 189.
