Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by US Vision Building Community WW, LLC to Angel Oak Prime Bridge, LLC dated March 5, 2018 and recorded on March 21, 2018 in Deed Book 6235, Page 85, Rockdale County, Georgia Records, and later assigned to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURED TRUSTEE FOR ANGEL OAK MORTGAGE TRUST I, LLC 2018-PB1 by Assignment of Security Deed recorded on December 11, 2018 in Deed Book 6391, Page 177, Rockdale County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Six And 00/100 Dollars ($86,926.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Rockdale County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on May 4, 2021 the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 317 of the 16th District, Rockdale County, Georgia, being Lot 2, Block 5, Callaway Community Foundation Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Deed Book S, Pages 578-579, Rockdale County, Georgia Records, which plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description.
