Because of default in payment of a note secured by a deed to secure debt from Teresa J. Roulhac, dated November 24, 2014, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Rockdale County, Georgia, in Deed Book 5636, page 308, there will be sold under the terms of a power of sale contained in said security deed, before the Courthouse Door in Rockdale County, Georgia, to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale on April 2, 2020, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH HOUSE AND ALL IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 247 OF THE 10TH DISTRICT OF ROCKDALE COUNTY, GEORGIA, CITY OF CONYERS, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 8, BLOCK O, BUCHANAN PROPERTY AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF BUCHANAN PROPERTY, AS SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK L, PAGE 283, ROCKDALE COUNTY, GEORGIA, RECORDS.
