STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF ROCKDALE NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Camille Y. Albert and Abraham S. Albert to American Equity Mortgage, Inc. dated March 24, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 3409, Page 311, Rockdale County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-3, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $188,900.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, July 7, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 180 OF THE 10TH DISTRICT OF ROCKDALE COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT 19, BLOCK B, NANTUCKET SUMMIT SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 158-159, ROCKDALE COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS; WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE. THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE SUBJECT TO ALL ZONING ORDINANCES, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD AFFECTING SAID BARGAINED PREMISES. Said property is known as 1437 Fall River Drive, Conyers, GA 30013, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
