NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN SECURITY DEED By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Security Deed from Nestor Juarez Velazquez to Randy Akins dated March 18, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 5515, page 244; Rockdale County Records, said Security Deed being given to secure a Note in the principal amount of Forty Five Thousand dollars and 00/100 ($45,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as provided therein on the unpaid balance until paid; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Rockdale County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May 2019, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 293 of the 16th District of Rockdale County, City of Conyers, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows: A certain lot of triangular shape located on the north side of Bryant Street, in the City of Conyers, Rockdale County, Georgia and being described as follows: BEGINNING at the corner of Bryant Street and the property now or formerly of Mrs. L.S.
