Bryant Stephanie Leann Mayhall has petitioned to be appointed Administrator of the estate of Leslie Carroll Bryant deceased, of said County. The Petitioner is requesting a waiver of bond and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.G.A. § 53-12-261.
