To be published 7/17/19 LEGAL NOTICE OF ZONING Pursuant to Georgia Code, Annotated, Section 36-66-4, Amendment of Zoning, and the Rockdale County Code of Ordinances, Subpart B, Title 2, entitled “Land Use and Zoning,” notice is hereby given that there shall be public hearings on proposals to amend the Unified Development Ordinance of Rockdale County, Georgia, in the following manner: Variance Case #2019-06. A request by BP Products North America, Inc. f/k/a Amoco Oil Company to seek a variance from section 218-13 Standards of use & development, (aa) Gasoline station and gasoline station with convenience store, for property located at 4565 Georgia Highway 20 SE, Conyers, GA, to reduce the gasoline station with convenience store distance from a residential district from 100 feet to 85 feet. A reduction of 15 feet. Said property is described as lying and being in Land Lot 110 of the 10th District of Rockdale County, GA, Tax Parcel #0510020021. Property consists of 0.85 acres. Public hearings shall be held at the Rockdale County Assembly Hall located at 901 North Main Street, Conyers, as follows: The Conyers/Rockdale Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 7:00 P.M.
