July 4, the City of Oxford and the Oxford Lions Club hosts the annual Fourth of July Parade and Celebration, the parade route will begin at Haygood Avenue and Stone Street, (participants who want to be in the parade and would like to be considered for an award should be lined up on Haygood Avenue by 9:30 a.m.), entertainment following the parade will be at the Old Church -- Shane Millwood and band preforming, 770-786-7004.
