Conyers Garden Club members look like they went down the rabbit's hole in "Alice in Wonderland" as they donned head garb for a Mad Hatter's Tea Party.

CONYERS - The Conyers Garden Club enjoyed a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party during their March meeting. Following the business portion of the meeting, new officers were installed by vice president, Kathy Williams. She gave the new officers their charges and presented them with flowers symbolic of their duties and responsibilities.

The Tea Party then began with a catered lunch. The room was beautifully decorated with teapots, flowers and an assortment of comical and whimsical tablecloths symbolic of Alice in Wonderland’s tea. Club members donned hats and gloves while enjoying a wonderful assortment of teas and a delicious lunch. What a wonderful way to usher in spring!
