Conyers Garden Club holds work day at Lighthouse Village Children’s Garden

The Conyers Garden Club continues to promote the National Garden Club’s mission of promoting the love of gardening and civic responsibility by holding a Fall Workday recently at the Lighthouse Village Children’s Garden. Working along with the Conyers Rotary Club, the groups weeded the area and planted perennials to add to the garden’s overall beauty. Among the plants planted were Mexican petunias, nandinas irises, daylilies, rosemary, and cast iron plants.
