CONYERS — The Real Estate Division of the Rockdale County Clerk of Superior Court will be transitioning to a new land records system on Monday, April 29. To ensure all data and images are converted from the current system to the new one, the office will not be recording any real estate documents on Friday, April 26.

All documents will continue to be time stamped as they are received. Recording will resume on Monday, April 29 and documents that are received on Friday will be recorded with the time and date that they were originally received. In addition to real estate documents, the office will be unable to record Trade Name Registrations. Notary Commissions may still be processed but will receive handwritten receipts.
