Rockdale earns Cigna Well Being Award

CONYERS - Rockdale County was presented with the Cigna Well Being Award at a recent Board of Commissioners meeting in recognition of the positive impact their workplace wellness programs have on the health of county employees.

“Wellness drives productivity by minimizing health problems, and it also improves morale by proving that we care about our employees,” said Toya Ingram, Wellness Coordinator for Rockdale County.

Rockdale County is the first Georgia recipient of the Cigna Well-Being Award, which honors organizations who demonstrate a strong commitment to improving employee health through workplace wellness programs. Cigna is a global health services company committed to improving the health, wellbeing and sense of security of the people they serve.
