- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 3 lg eggs
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 3/4 c all-purpose flour + 2 tablespoons more

- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, more if desired
