Observations & Corrective Actions

2-1B: .03(5)(c)Observed an employee return to working with food after washing his hands in the restroom. Employees shall wash their hands at the proper times.
Corrective Actions: The employee was educated on when and where hands shall be washed.

2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed hand sink in kitchen blocked by a box. Hand sinks shall be accessible at all times.
Corrective Actions: The PIC removed the box.

10D: .04(4)(d)Observed multiple containers of sauces and spices that were not labeled with a common name. Food that has been removed from it's original package and is not easily identifiable shall be labeled with a common name.
Corrective Actions: The PIC had an employee label containers of food.

12D: .04(4)(g)Observed an employee cutting unwashed broccoli. Produce shall be washed before cutting or peeling.
Corrective Actions: The PIC had the employee discard food. Employee was educated on when to wash vegetables
