Lisa Franzier-Alford, 53, is described as being 5-foot and 2-inches tall, weighing about 170 pounds, with light brown shoulder-length hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen about 4 a.m. Saturday morning wearing a blue flowery shirt and blue capris jeans.

COVINGTON — Lisa Franzier-Alford, 53, has been found and is safe in a local hospital.

The Newton County Sheriff’s Office had issued a call for the public’s assistance in finding Franzier-Alford after she was last seen leaving her home Saturday morning around 4 a.m..

Deputies said she was spotted at the Oasis Church in Atlanta.

Sgt. Michael Cunningham of the Sheriff’s Office said Alford’s husband contacted them on Tuesday and said she had been located in a local hospital and was safe.
