CONYERS — The Rockdale County Public Schools Office of Professional Learning will promote and sustain engaging and ongoing research-based practices to foster employee effectiveness, including TKES/LKES training for evaluation purposes.
The TKES Evaluator Training and Credentialing is for all principals, assistant principals, or designated evaluators who will complete an evaluation on all teachers in the school building/district.
To evaluate teachers using TKES, the leader must hold TKES Credentialing as designated by Georgia Department of Education.
The TKES Evaluator Training and Credentialing is a two-day course, requiring attendance both days of training to complete the credentialing portion of the training.
On the other hand, LKES are used to evaluate principals or assistant principals.
The LKES Evaluator Training and Credentialing is for all district leaders, principals, and designated evaluators who will complete an evaluation on principals or assistant principals.
The LKES Evaluator Training and Credentialing is only a one-day course.

The dates are as follows:
TKES Credentialing: June 24-25, July 8-9, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Rockdale Career Academy.
LKES Credentialing: June 27, July 10, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. at RCA.
