“So what is it about two-year college presidents that makes them think people give a heck what they say? Jabari sends out nauseating self-aggrandizing emails via his PR rats constantly and GPC’s prez sends emails telling faculty they should go see ‘Selma.’ Unreal. You would think they would send out math tutoring tips given the low graduation rates.”

“The best Moon Pies in town are at Piggly Wiggly. Hands down the freshest. But if you have diabetes, just don’t tell your wife. Or your partner. Moon Pies are the best, except Dilly Bars and Demolition Derby.”

“Jeffrey will not be still in class, he disrupts other students.

1957 — Jeffrey sent to the Principal’s office and given a good paddling by the principal. He then returns to class, sits still and does not disrupt class again.

2015 — Jeffrey is given huge doses of Ritalin. He becomes a zombie. He is then tested for ADD. The family gets extra money (SSI) from the government because Jeffrey has a disability.”

“Anyone who criticized Giuliani for his comments about Obama is an idiot. Giuliani is absolutely right about this president. Obama does not care for this country, does not see himself as an American; he sees himself as a Muslim and an outsider, and that’s perfectly clear from everything he says and does.”

“I sure would like to know how you get a tax refund of several thousand dollars, and in cash. I have to pay in every year, and never get refunds.”

“People complain about the turn arrow at the intersection of Parker Road and Flat Shoals. Granted, this one could be eliminated. However, where one is really needed is at the intersection of Parker Road and Ga. Highway 138. Drivers trying to turn block the cars that are behind them. Do we have to see a terrible accident at this spot before anything is done to remedy this problem?”

“Dear … Conyers bashers, I saw your quote last week where you stated, ‘Conyers IS now South DeKalb county … sad. ‘It’ spreads like cancer.’ Was this designed to help us? Why would you choose to bad-mouth my town? It’s one thing to suggest improvement but, it is entirely another to throw general contempt at our town. Do you want me to feel bad for staying here and trying to make it better? What exactly is your purpose? Do you think your comments help anyone?”

“If you want to see what an intelligent young man looks like, Google the name CJ Pearson. Well-spoken, well-dressed, well-informed, serious about issues. He will be a great success in life. He speaks his mind without fear of being called names. He works toward real and positive change. He cares about his family, his community and this country. This is what our children should look like, instead of what I see hanging around Carmike. Congratulations to the parents of CJ Pearson: you have a son that any parent would be proud of!”

“I have a question for the reporters at this paper. I just saw a rumor on Facebook stating that Obama and Hillary Clinton were charged with aiding terrorism in Egypt. I wanted to know if it is true and is it an arrestable offense, if there will be a trial, is it civil or criminal? The story was in Americannews.com and some other websites but not any of the major ones. Any help you could be clearing this up would be helpful. If it’s true, I don’t know why it’s not all over the news. If it’s not true, how can they really put something that crazy out there like that? Isn’t that slander?”
