CONYERS — When a man and two women who allegedly shoplifted numerous items from the Conyers Walmart one Sunday morning were confronted, the man allegedly pointed a handgun at the store manager before the trio fled.

Conyers Police and Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta are offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of of the suspects.

The incident occurred about 4 a.m. on July 14. The trio entered the Walmart on Dogwood Drive and allegedly took several items without paying for them and then tried to exit the store. When the manager attempted to stop them, the male allegedly pulled out a handgun, chambered a round, and pointed it at the manager. The three suspects then fled the scene in a dark, four-door sedan.

Surveillance video captured the trio as they entered the store. The male had facial hair and wore glasses, a black T-shirt with a photo of the grim reaper, dark-colored shorts with a white emblem on them, and black and white sandals. One female was wearing a white T-shirt with a cartoon on it, black pants and yellow sandals. The other female was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants and sandals. Both women had their hair up.
