David Lee Hudgins
David Lee Hudgins, 52, of Conyers, passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was born in Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia to Christine (Holbrook) Bowman and Dannie Hudgins. David was a loving, son, brother and father. His love of the Lord was known by all. He was an avid Tennessee VOLS fan, a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, he was a loyal friend to many, living his life to the fullest. David was a well-known jeweler with Christine's Jeweler's in Conyers and Eatonton. He is loved by many and will be missed by all. David is survived by his children, Ansley and Matt Dobson of Dawsonville, GA, Hunter Lee Hudgins of Adel, GA, and Peyton Hudgins of Greensboro, GA; mother and step-father, Christine and Bruce Bowman of Greensboro, GA; father and step-mother, Dannie and Ginger Hudgins of Conyers, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Christy and Todd Sebby of Canyon Lake, TX; nephew, Austin Headrick; great nephew, Ayden Headrick; both of Canyon Lake, TX. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 9, 2019 in the Chapel of Wheeler Funeral and Cremation Services at 6:00 pm with Hunter Lee Hudgins officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and after the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children's Research in David's honor at www.stjude.org.
