He rose through the ranks to be promoted to the top of the company as Geophysical Supervisor in Exxon's Southwestern Exploration in Midland, Tx. There he met his wife of 43 years, Gail Wynn Davidson. J C was a lifelong and faithful servant of his God. He loved, treasured, and honored God, family, and friends. His faith centered in the Church of Christ.
